If an order is returned due to an error in the entered address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and as that you re-submit your order.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@lovedrunkcoterie.com

We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund any outstanding balance if the item being exchanged is of lesser value than the originally-purchased item. The customer will be billed for the cost of shipping. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund or fulfill a new order upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged item. If you choose fulfillment of a new order, we will cover the cost of shipping. To report a lost or damanaged item, please send an email with a photo attached to hello@lovedrunkcoterie.com
