Each item is hand-crafted with love, by me, in Charlotte, NC, and helps divert materials from the landfill - giving a little extra love to the Earth.

    • I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. I will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    • I accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. I will refund any outstanding balance if the item being exchanged is of lesser value than the originally-purchased item. The customer will be billed for the cost of shipping. 

    • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, I will issue a refund or fulfill a new order upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged item. If you choose fulfillment of a new order, I will cover the cost of shipping.
