I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition. I will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

I accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition. I will refund any outstanding balance if the item being exchanged is of lesser value than the originally-purchased item. The customer will be billed for the cost of shipping. 

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, I will issue a refund or fulfill a new order upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged item. If you choose fulfillment of a new order, I will cover the cost of shipping. 

I ship from Charlotte, North Carolina with USPS (yay, postal service!) Shipping rates are determined by the USPS Calculated Rate.

Domestic shipping covers the United States. I also offer international shipping.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an error in the entered address, I will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
